Why eScreen?

eScreen is a spray cleaner and microfiber cloth cleaning system developed specifically to solve cleaning issues that consumers have complained about since the advent of the first flat screen projection TV and now has followed them into the 21st century with the newest video, computer and communication appliances.

Cleaning delicate viewing surfaces found on the latest electronic devices has been a difficult and all-too-often ineffective task when left to normal household spray detergents and tools.  Often times the viewing surface on a brand new flat panel television is streaked with chemicals found in common household spray cleaners.  The brilliant clarity of the newest laptop computer screens can be quickly diminished with hazy buildup and subsurface damage caused by harsh detergents. Greasy fingerprints from even the cleanest hands smudge the viewing area of iPads, eBooks and various portable electronic computers and communication devices while inputing touch-screen commands.

Intersurface Dynamics, formulated and manufactures eScreen to address common consumer complaints regarding proper cleaning of their consumer electronic devices.  The complaints are summarized below:

Complaint:

Streaking seems to be the most common complaint regarding the performance of common household spray cleaners that were designed for windows and glass.  Since the screen on a TV or Computer is not made of glass it is unlikely that a “glass cleaner” will perform well.  Most glass cleaners contain ammonia, alcohol and other harsh chemicals.  These chemicals do not evaporate at the same rate and therefore will leave a streaky surface and possibly damage the subsurface of the viewing screen.  Damaged subsurface can make a screen dull and scratched looking over time.

Solution:

Although eScreen works beautifully as a glass cleaner, it was designed for modern display surfaces of all types.  Since it does not contain harsh chemicals and is designed to evaporate uniformly from the surface of your device, eScreen does not leave streaks and cannot damage the viewing surface in any way.

Complaint:

Leaving difficult to remove films that interfere with the clarity of the viewing surface is most likely the number two complaint polled from consumers regarding attempted cleaning of the visual interface on consumer electronics.  Some of the most popular brands of spray detergents contain chemicals that adhere to the surface of what they are designed to clean giving the surface a shiny look.  However, the shiny look usually dulls quickly and turns out to be a film that is more difficult to remove each time.  For example, one of the most popular selling “screen cleaners” is a milky white liquid.  This indicates that a milky white film will form on the surface, if not immediately, then definitely over time.  Silicone, the ingredient in many spray cleaners, will build-up over time “yellowing” the appearance of what was once a brilliantly clear display.

Solution:

Since Intersurface Dynamics, the maker of eScreen, understands the technology behind the viewing surface, they understand the technology needed to keep that same surface clean over the life of the device.  When a viewing surface is cleaned with eScreen, the viewing pleasure is increased and never reduced no matter how many cleanings are performed.

Complaint:

Another valid fear that consumers harbor regarding the cleaning of the screens on their expensive electronics is that spray liquids behave like water on vertical surfaces.  When most spray cleaners are sprayed on a TV screen, or any vertically mounted surface, the cleaner runs down the surface of the screen and directly into the electronics.  This occurs because most household spray cleaners (and many specialty spray cleaners designed for cleaning electronic displays) have the viscosity of water.  As soon as they are sprayed they drip down and disappear into the bezel of the electronics.  This can cause shorts and damage to switches, wires, etc.

Solution:

eScreen contains specialized surfactants and polymers that keep the liquid on the surface where it is sprayed long enough for the wiping motion of the cloth to break the viscosity and allow it to be wiped clean.  Be confident that eScreen will not run or drip down the screen and will allow for plenty of time to perform the cleaning.

Complaint:

We have heard and agree with consumers when they say, “There are too many cleaning chemicals in our home already”.  The consumer is constantly bombarded with new solutions to singular cleaning applications which fill the cabinet below the sink or utility closet.

Solution:

Just because eScreen was designed to clean displays for consumer electronics does not limit its use on other cleaning applications found in the home, work or school.  Through extensive research, Intersurface Dynamics developed eScreen to also be a “multi-tasking” spray cleaner.  Once the basic eScreen formula was developed it was optimized to widen the scope of use throughout the household.  This means that eScreen can be used where other common household cleaners are currently used.  Glass windows, mirrors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, sun and eye glasses, crystal, and many other items may be cleaned beautifully and streak-free with eScreen.

Complaint:

Specialty cleaners designed for difficult cleaning applications are normally very expensive and often don’t perform as advertised.  Many of these expensive products are expensive because there are multiple levels of distribution involved prior to the consumer putting it into their shopping cart.  In the case of spray cleaners for flat panel displays and computer monitors, most products are private labeled products.  These products are purchased, not manufactured, by a company that currently has shelf space at a major retailer.  The shelf space allows them to add accessory items to augment their main product sales.  There is no research on the product and performance is minimal at best.  By the time the product arrives on store shelves, the high price reflects not the cost of research, not the cost of material or the performance of the product, rather, the cost reflects up to four levels of distribution prior to making it into the consumer’s cart.  Worst, many times these products are simply a mixture of a little shampoo soap and water.

Solution:

eScreen was researched and developed for cleaning delicate electronic display surfaces.  It is manufactured by Intersurface Dynamics in the USA.  It is sold directly to the retailer so the cost to the consumer is less and the value proposition is high.  Instead of 1 -6 ounce bottle and a cheap cleaning cloth, for the same price the eScreen consumer receives 1-8oz bottle with a quality trigger sprayer for accurate application, 3 x 2 oz spray bottles for work, school or purse and 4 -microfiber cloths that were specially developed for this application by Intersurface Dynamics in conjunction with a major material manufacturer.

Simply stated, why use anything but eScreen to clean expensive investments in consumer and work related electronics?
